This is how you skip

                                                          How to skip.

first you have to get the skipping rope the you put your foot on the skipping rope put it to your shoulders if it touches your shoulder then you can skip with it if it does not touch your shoulder then you can’t skip with it.

Next  you have to go outside and practice skipping so you can get better at it so when your friends won’t to have a challenge you might win After that you will be alright to skip with your friends .

Thereafter you will be good when you skip.

finally when you skip you will be a good a good skipper so you can be the best too.

Hi I am a boy,  9 years old.  My name is Lorenzo.  I live in the quiet  suburb of Glen Innes , in Auckland, New Zealand.  I go to the  cool  school in our area called glen innes  I am proud of my green. and  black  uniform and wear it daily to school.

I have brown eyes, and black hair.  Sometimes I colour my hair blue .     

The things I like doing at school are net book, sumdog ,work ,  play tennis and i like.  Going swimming everyday is soooo cool.   I also love writing and updating my blog every week.. It is cool to see so many people from all over the world reading my writing.

Like all the students in my class, I like food.  I enjoy eating chips, , ./ grape ,chicken , and  mcdonald's, but my favourite is KFC .

I have many friends at school too.  In school we get together to play ,tennis ,Basketball  , I love playing tag with my best friend,watson   Sometime we get together after school for a game of  ball rash

Glen Innes is a good  place to be in.

Dear teachers and  Year 13 sports leadership

Dear st kents thank you for  teaching us sport  and thank you for letting us come to your school. we have learnt heaps of staff  because  you have helped  us well with our  sport . thank you for teaching us different sport like hockey,rob the nest, zig zag ,ball rush , cricket , t ball,       ball   we will always  remember you. Thank you for giving us ice block .
